Low quality inkjet cartridges can be harmful for your printer.
Inkjet cartridges can be used to print a host of items like documents, posters, labels, etc, in fact they are now even capable of printing on T-shirts, shoes or other materials.Low quality inkjet cartridges can be harmful for your printer so the proper care should be taken while selecting the cartridge as it should not only offer good quality prints but be made from the proper material that would increase the productivity level. The nozzle of your printer would be at risk if you use low quality or average inkjet cartridges as these come as per individual sizes, to fit with a particular printer only.
Any printing job is reliant on the smooth flow of ink from the cartridge but if it is of low quality and begins to dry up on its own, then the printer is in serious trouble. Also if the ink is not water resistant and the printed job is tranferred onto a washable item, it will start fading away. The metal plate in the cartridge also tends to over heat if the ink does not do the correct job of acting as a coolant and this causes permanent damage to the print head.
Another reason for avoiding low quality inkjet and also toner cartridges is that you are not sure whether they have been manufactured using E-grade polymers or not? These polymers do not decompose easily and cause pollution on being ignited as they produce harmful gases.
Lastly it would be correct to say that the printer has been designed to run on an inkjet cartridge that has been specially designed for it, therefore using a low quality product could last for a short time but eventually it would ruin the printer.
In case you are buying the inkjet cartridges online, then be sure to choose a site that is credible enough otherwise you might end up purchasing a low quality cartridge.
